KIDS KINGDOM

Our goal is for our children to have fun learning about God in a positive, safe, and supportive environment while building friendships with one another. This includes joining in with bible songs, music, stories, craft, games and short lessons with each other.
We also encourage parents with similar aged children to connect, encourage and learn from each other.

Children are a heritage from the LORD,

offspring a reward from him.

                                                              Psalm 127:3

Sunday Classes

Who is with my children while I’m in church?

Currently we run our classes as two groups. These can change depending on the number of children and their needs.
  • 2 years –PREP/Foundation
  • Grade 1- Grade 4

What happens in a Kids Kingdom class?

Each class includes;
- A lesson from the bible
- Activities and games to explain the topic shared to help the children learn about God and the bible in an engaging and age-appropriate way.
- Our children learn to enjoy church and most importantly make new friends.

What can I expect?

You will be required to sign your children in to class with your contact details and any other important information for their safety and your peace of mind.
Classes run during the church service
Our volunteer teacher and assistants have a current Working with Children Check or Victorian
Institute of Teaching Registration.
All volunteers have read and acknowledged the Melbourne Church of Christ Code of Conduct for working with Children and Young People, which you can download and read below.

Melbourne Church of Christ also participates in the Reportable Conduct Scheme, details available here.
